I’ll focus on what I can control,

My actions, my thoughts, my heart, my soul.

It’s not my burden; I’ll let it flow.


The past is gone, the future’s unclear,

But this moment now is always here.

I’ll live it fully, I’ll make it mine,

The present’s a gift, a treasure divine.


When life feels big and full of doubt,

I’ll step back and simply zoom out.

The world is vast, my troubles are small,

I’m part of something greater than all.


Nothing lasts, all things will change,

It may feel hard, it may feel strange.

But I’ll embrace life’s ebb and flow

In every ending, new seeds grow.


My strength is mine; it lives inside,

Through every storm, it will abide.

No matter what the world may do,

I’ll stand tall I’ll see it through.


Take a deep breath. You're stronger than you know.

Focus on what matters, let the rest just go.

Live each moment with calm and steady,
